Deluxe Two Bedrooms Apartment – Annex
People 4 – 70sqm
The Deluxe apartment is located on the third and top floor of the building and can be reached by elevator. It has a roof terrace, traditionally called “altana”, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of St. Mark’s bell tower, roofs, balconies, small squares and Venetian streets.
The apartment is very bright, has an equipped kitchen and two bedrooms overlooking the garden. The furniture is refined and cared for in every single detail and embellished with fabrics of the highest quality. There are two bathrooms, one in marble attached to a bedroom and the other in Venetian mosaic with shower with rain shower head, waterfall and nebulizers with chromotherapy and bluetooth audio speakers.
Deluxe Family Apartment – Annex
People 2/4 – 40sqm
Sweet apartments are located one on the first and one on the second floor of the building, both accessible by lift. They consist of a double bedroom, marble bathroom with shower, living area with sofa bed, dining table and equipped kitchen.
The apartments are bright and furnished in a modern style. Thanks to the skills of skilled Venetian artisans we were able to create a warm and relaxing environment with fresh and innovative colors.

The rooms in the building are all served by the lift. Furnished in a modern and contemporary style, they are bright and embellished with refined Venetian fabrics in tone with the color of the walls of the room that create an atmosphere of elegance and harmony.
COMFORT DOUBLE – ANNEX
All rooms are equipped with every comfort. Spacious showers and bathrooms with floor to ceiling tiles.
Each room is equipped with a drawer fridge, safe and flat screen TV.
The air conditioning is independent and independently adjustable.
The walls have been built with double soundproofed rooms to ensure your privacy.

Where We Are
Rio Terà delle Colonne, San Marco 984 – 30124 Venezia
The property is located just minutes from Piazza San Marco, where you can find the Basilica of San Marco, the Correr Museum and the National Archaeological Museum. Nearby there are also the Marciana National Library, the Royal Gardens, the Ducal Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, the Rialto Bridge and the La Fenice Theater.
If you want to get lost in the evocative streets of Venice, follow the various signs for Rialto.
After the bridge, turn right into Riva Ferro, continue to the Rialto “D” vaporetto stop and turn into Calle Larga Mazzini. Continue along the entire calle, then turn right and continue until the end of Merceria del Capitello. Once you have passed the Rio del Bareteri bridge, walk along Mercerie San Zulian to the Church of San Giuliano. Turn right and continue straight on Ramo S. Zulian and you will arrive in Calle Fiubera. On the right you will find Rosa Salva Hotel.
In Venice you cannot drive around, but in Piazzale Roma there are several paid parking lots where you can leave your car. To carry your luggage, we therefore advise you to take vaporetto line 2 ACTV at the P.le Roma (S. Chiara) “F” stop, get off after about 15 minutes at the Rialto “D” stop and continue for the last 5 minutes standing.
The train is a very convenient means of transport, also because the vaporetto stop is right in front of the Venice Santa Lucia station. Thanks to the ACTV line 2 of the vaporetto you can arrive in ten minutes directly at the Rialto “D” stop and then continue on foot.
If you land at Venice-Tessèra Airport, you can reach us in two ways:
– by bus, reaching Piazzale Roma in 22 minutes with line 35 ATVO VENEZIA EXPRESS. From there you can take the ACTV line 2 of the vaporetto at the P.le Roma (S. Chiara) “F” stop, get off after about 15 minutes at the Rialto “D” stop and continue on foot;
– directly by vaporetto, thanks to the ALILAGUNA orange line, reaching the Rialto Bridge in about an hour.
